“I work out, I don’t eat that much and generally I eat pretty healthy foods. I’m not perfect, but I don’t understand why the weight won’t come off. Other people eat more than me, do less, and weigh less—it’s just not fair!”

Does this sound like something you might say?

If Yes, In this article I'm going to share with you some secrets that will help you Wire Your Brain For Success.

Think back on how many times you have been through the painful cycle of taking the right actions to achieve an outcome you desired only to have it all backfire with an inner rebellion and an onslaught of self-sabotage.

That only happens when your actions—such as exercising and eating healthfully—are not aligned with your deepest commitment to yourself to live this life with a healthy, strong body, on a permanent basis.

Wire Your Brain For Success: Intention is the key to success.

When you stay connected to your deep heart’s longing for the best possible outcome for yourself and others, your productive behaviors are more likely to become consistent and second nature.

But when you desperately make rash attempts at dieting or going to the gym, so you can force a particular outcome fast, it’s not very likely to bring you any long-term fulfillment, or for that matter, any result at all.

The key to moving from approaching your desire to lose weight, or to achieving any goal, as a short-term problem to be fixed so you can get on with the rest of your life, to healing the problem area in your life permanently, is all in your thoughts.

Your train of thought always begins with a decision.

Sometimes that decision is conscious and sometimes it is not.

Once your decision is made, you won’t have to fight with yourself anymore.

Think about areas of your life that work for you...

Do you have a positive relationship with someone you love?

If you do, it’s because you consistently choose to see them in a positive light even when they let you down.

If you do not have a positive relationship with someone, it’s simply because when they let you down (as people inevitably do) your mind is in the habit of focusing on this negative fact. This then drives your actions.

The other person picks up on your thoughts and actions, either consciously or unconsciously, and reacts accordingly. This scenario creates either a positive or negative feedback loop, and you experience either peace or discord in your life, as a result.

Even though it feels like life is happening to us, we have much more control than we realize.

The challenge is:

How to Wire Your Brain For Success?

We can’t force outcomes by white-knuckling it.

The way we ultimately get what we want is by completely accepting what is, surrendering to it, going inside ourselves to our own source of strength, love, wisdom, and creativity (through self-hypnosis, prayer, or meditation), and connecting to our highest possibility in each situation.

We can sit in silence by reflecting on the qualities we wish to experience—love, peace, unity, understanding or joy—and allow ourselves to be guided to know what actions we need to take, if any, to create something good from whatever we are facing.

Though this isn’t always easy,

it’s much more satisfying than the alternative of getting caught up in the frenzy of the conscious mind’s impulse to try and figure everything out and solve it.

Though we may like to think of ourselves as quite intelligent, often our reflexive way of dealing with what happens to us just perpetuates a cycle of pain and struggle.

The mind’s cycle of thoughts can be like a mouse spinning on a wheel—repetitive and pointless.

If there is a problem you are working through right now, try this:

  • Use hypnosis, meditation, or prayer to connect to your vast, brilliant, creative, intuitive subconscious mind and heart. Sink into and take refuge here.
  • Place the image of your issue into the vastness of your being. Let it be surrounded by infinite time, space, and love, so it may be dwarfed.
  • Ask for guidance from you’re inner place of eternal wisdom.
  • Take action only from this guidance. That action may be to do nothing.

Knowing that you have planted a seed, relax. Open to all the good that is coming your way.

Be in a state of positive expectancy.

Respect your conscious mind’s tendency to get bored and want to create a problem to fix.

Keep returning to your eternal wisdom, knowing that it’s from here that the mysterious journey of your life is born.
